The RLC Story
RLC Landscaping is part of RLC Group, an evolving and growing company with over 35 years of park operations experience. RLC Enterprize was founded in 1989 by Rick Carswell, who worked as a park ranger right out of high school.
Rick was inspired to start his own business as a contractor to provide park operation services to provincial parks on Vancouver Island, starting with park operations for MacDonald Park.
In 2021, RLC Park Services was formed, which now provides services for 30 provincial and regional parks and counting, including 10 of the most popular campgrounds on Vancouver Island.
In 2021, RLC expanded to provide landscaping services on southern Vancouver Island, offering everything from landscape design and hardscaping to snow removal and commercial property maintenance. RLC Landscaping’s team of experts are talented, passionate, and hardworking individuals who take pride in what we do—and have fun while doing it!
